Q: How thick is the countertop material?
A: Silestone and VeraStone vanity tops are available in ¾” (2cm) thickness only. This thickness of material is ideal for bathroom countertops.
Q: Is it necessary to install plywood decking (substrate) underneath the countertop?
A: No underlayment is necessary with these stone countertops. Both Silestone and VeraStone vanity tops should be installed directly on to the vanity base cabinet.
Q: Can I make adjustments to standard-size vanity tops?
A: Standard-size vanity tops are not customizable. If you would like to customize your vanity top, please place your order for a Special Order countertop.
Q: Can I order a vanity top in a color or edge not listed on the website?
A: Vera Industries fabricates vanity tops in over 50 colors and 4 edge profiles. Please select a color and edge profile from those listed on the website.
Q: If I order a sink with my countertop, will the sink be pre-attached?
A: Your white porcelain undermount sink will be attached to the countertop when it arrives. The back and side splashes will not be attached.
Q: What is involved in installation?
